Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments that capture each patient’s unique story and clinical needs from day one.
  • Translate complex clinical data into actionable nursing plans, ensuring every patient receives a treatment strategy tailored to their specific journey.
  • Influence patient goals and adjusting interventions in real-time to ensure the highest standard of care as a core member of the treatment team.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and execute direct nursing interventions that empower patients to develop essential coping and wellness skills.
  • Continuously evaluate treatment responses, pivoting care strategies as needed to meet evolving patient needs and improve clinical outcomes.
