Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• A Registered Nurse who possesses the clinical skills that allow for appropriate assessment of patient care needs and demonstrates accountability in coordinating age specific patient care.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff on their assigned shift or unit.
• Coordinates patient care and delegates duties and responsibilities to staff and holds individuals accountable for outcomes achieved.
• First line supervisor over a group of employees or a unit.
