On the Inpatient Behavioral Unit, we use a team approach. Our care team specializes in the care of the acutely ill patients experiencing mental health crises, which entails stabilizing and connecting patients with outpatient community resources. Requirements

• Associates of Nursing (ASN) required.
• Current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• More than two years of acute care experience may be considered for candidates not graduated from a nationally accredited program (subject to CNO review and approval).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
