About The Position
This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position is eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility. Where You Will Work: Opening this February, this 13-bed Progressive Care Unit co-located with a 8-bed ICU 8-bed ICU, offering a collaborative and dynamic environment for patient care. Our team works closely with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians from multiple specialties, to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing unit and help shape its culture from the ground up! Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS are required within 6 months of hire
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of Tele or Progressive Care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
