About The Position

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)

- 1+ years of nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident health and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Guide and support caregiving staff to keep resident care on track
- Work with community leadership to coordinate each resident's care needs
- Complete assessments and update care plans with resident and family input
- Arrange appointments, referrals, transportation, and related communication
- Oversee medication services and keep the community in regulatory compliance
- Document incidents, look into concerns, and follow through on next steps
