About The Position

Bristol Glen is seeking an Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Newton, NJ. This role involves assessing and observing residents, delivering nursing care according to care plans, managing admissions, transfers, and discharges, and maintaining accurate documentation. The RN will collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to support resident well-being. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Assess and observe residents on an ongoing basis to support their care
• Deliver nursing care in line with each resident's care plan
• Handle resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Keep accurate, timely documentation of care and medications
• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
• Work with residents, families, and the care team to support each resident's well-being
