About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, providing rehabilitation, treatment, and crisis intervention under clinical supervision. This role focuses on delivering person-centered care, coordinating treatment activities, and offering supportive interventions to help individuals develop essential skills for independent living. The RN also plays a key role in medication management, assisting psychiatrists with administrative tasks, ensuring accurate medical documentation, and educating both clients and team members on medication use.
