About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in an outpatient oncology setting. The RN will support patients through treatment, coordinate care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New York or eligible)
- Strong clinical, organizational, and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in ambulatory care, oncology, or outpatient settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient/ambulatory setting
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and document findings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and support staff
- Assist with procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Ensure compliance with infection control and clinical protocols
- Support oncology-related care and patient management
