About The Position

As an Allergy RN, you’ll deliver specialized care through a balance of direct patient interaction (70%) and clinical coordination (30%). You’ll support patients throughout their allergy care journey—providing testing, treatment, education, and follow-up in a setting that values both independence and teamwork. This is not your average clinic RN role—you’ll be part of a highly specialized, close-knit team where relationships, autonomy, and patient connection truly matter. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team of four experienced RNs with strong provider partnerships with a dedicated MD and NP. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate degree in nursing (or higher)
• Current Infant–Adult Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers

• 1+ year of RN experience (ambulatory experience strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide allergy testing, injections, and patient education
• Room patients and perform clinical intake
• Conduct nurse-only visits, including injection schedules and follow-ups
• Manage phone triage, MyChart in-basket messaging, and care coordination
• Review referrals to ensure appropriate scheduling and care plans
• Collaborate with Pediatrics, Dermatology, Pulmonary, Pharmacy, and Float Pool
