This is a great opportunity for an RN who wants a meaningful leadership role without the commitment of a full-time position. Flexible work from home options available. Requirements

Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license
Must meet applicable North Carolina qualifications to serve as an Agency Director for a licensed home care agency providing in-home aide services
Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills
Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

Home care, home health, private duty, geriatrics, or community nursing experience preferred
Supervisory or management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide administrative oversight of agency operations, including: Regulatory compliance and agency policies, Personnel oversight and staff coordination, Quality assurance and record review, Communication with ownership and agency staff, Regulatory and operational responsibilities
Client assessments and reassessments
Required supervisory visits
Caregiver supervision and competency verification
Caregiver training and support
Client record and service documentation review
Completion of required supervisory reports
Addressing client-care concerns and communicating with families and caregivers
Maintaining compliance with applicable North Carolina home-care requirements
