This is a great opportunity for an RN who wants a meaningful leadership role without the commitment of a full-time position. Flexible work from home options available. Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license
  • Must meet applicable North Carolina qualifications to serve as an Agency Director for a licensed home care agency providing in-home aide services
  • Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills
  • Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Home care, home health, private duty, geriatrics, or community nursing experience preferred
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative oversight of agency operations, including: Regulatory compliance and agency policies, Personnel oversight and staff coordination, Quality assurance and record review, Communication with ownership and agency staff, Regulatory and operational responsibilities
  • Client assessments and reassessments
  • Required supervisory visits
  • Caregiver supervision and competency verification
  • Caregiver training and support
  • Client record and service documentation review
  • Completion of required supervisory reports
  • Addressing client-care concerns and communicating with families and caregivers
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable North Carolina home-care requirements
