This role involves being the clinical expert patients trust to achieve results they didn't think were possible without surgery, owning every treatment relationship from first consult through long-term results.

Requirements

Current RN license (state-issued)
1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) OR 2+ years in aesthetics practice
Weekend availability required (full weekends; this is a fixed schedule role)
Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day

Responsibilities

Performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments
Conducting consultations
Designing individualized treatment plans
Documenting accurately
Partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor
Building relationships with patients who come back because of you, not just the brand
Owning the patient's full clinical journey – from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results
