This role involves being the clinical expert patients trust for achieving results without surgery, managing the entire patient relationship from initial consultation to long-term outcomes.

Requirements

Current NP license (state-issued)
1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) OR 2+ years in aesthetics practice
Weekend availability required (full weekends)
Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day.
Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.

Responsibilities

Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Conduct patient consultations.
Design individualized treatment plans.
Document patient information accurately using a custom EMR.
Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Practice with the latest FDA-cleared technologies in aesthetic medicine.
