The McLean Hospital Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Adolescent unit. This role is responsible for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessing patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, ensuring nursing care is provided safely and competently, delivering individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for patient groups. The Adolescent Residential Treatment (ART) program is a 22-bed, short-term residential treatment program that utilizes dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) as its primary treatment modality. It serves patients with a variety of psychiatric and psychosocial challenges, including self-injurious behaviors, mood and anxiety disorders, substance misuse, psychosis, and trauma reactivity.
