About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with both licensed and unlicensed caregivers to provide individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care to patients, families, and significant others.
Requirements
- Current and active RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of nursing principles and procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse team members and patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care while upholding the voice of the patient and adhering to system policies and procedures.
- Engage in the Wellstar Shared Governance Model to support clinical operations and enhance patient outcomes.
- Implement evidence-based practices and current research to optimize healthcare delivery.
- Comply with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, the Scope of Practice, and the Code of Ethics Standards set by the American Nurses Association.
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to promote service excellence and patient satisfaction.
