About The Position

The Registered Nurse A/RPN is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission, and philosophy of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The Registered Nurse A/RPN has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive client-centered care. The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest employer in Saskatchewan, employing more than 45,000 staff in a dynamic healthcare environment. Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Nursing diploma is acceptable
• Communication skills
• Computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to delegate appropriately
• Ability to work cooperatively in an integrated interdisciplinary team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Ability to organize work load demands
• Demonstrated understanding of scope of practice of individuals supervised
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
• Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
• Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
