About The Position
The University of Southern California (USC) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4 S ICU unit. This is a full-time, 12-hour day shift position. Requirements
- Eligibility to sit for the Registered Nurse licensing examination as defined by the California Board of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of acute inpatient hospital experience in the United States.
- Valid California Registered Nursing license.
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider card from the American Heart Association.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support card from the American Heart Association.
- L.A. Fire and Safety Certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not present upon hire).
Nice To Haves
- Specialty certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in an acute inpatient hospital setting.
- Administer nursing care within the scope of the California Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider card.
- Maintain current Advanced Cardiac Life Support card.
- Obtain and maintain L.A. Fire and Safety Certification within 30 days of hire.
