Requirements
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Registered Massage Therapists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-informed practice.
- Dedication to continuing education and professional development.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload while delivering exceptional patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience treating clients in an outpatient setting is an asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve their overall well-being through evidence-informed, hands-on care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that evolve with their progress.
- Educate and empower patients with strategies to support long-term recovery and wellness.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Document treatments and outcomes using electronic charting to ensure continuity of care.
- Foster a welcoming, supportive clinic environment where patients feel confident and cared for.
