Requirements
- Licensed RMT with minimum 2 years experience (required).
- Proficiency in body massage, facials, and skincare.
- A great attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
- Follow directions thoroughly.
Nice To Haves
- Certification as a Massage Therapist or in a related field (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Proficient in body massage, facials, and skincare
- Maintain detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
- Communicate with guests during massages to adjust techniques as required.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, change treatment room sheets, and sterilize all instruments and equipment before each use.
- Explain massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and provide suitable recommendations.
- Prepare guest consultation. Be thoroughly familiar and able to recommend Spa products and treatments
- Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy) before beginning service.
- Attend all scheduled meetings, classes, and training sessions; knowledge required within the Spa must be passed on to co-workers.
