This location is in the heart of the Financial District, directly connected to Union Station via the PATH, offering convenience and a steady flow of motivated clients.

Requirements

Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college.
Appropriate liability insurance.
Prioritize client needs, including cross-referring, following up, managing outreach to unscheduled clients, and accommodating client schedules.
Advocate for personal growth and development, eager to learn from leadership and peers.
Thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting client care and performance accordingly.
Be a team player, contributing to the development of the entire team.
Contribute to clinic culture through mentoring students, flexibility in covering shifts, and participation in clinic events.
Be collaborative and partner closely with the clinic's Front Desk team.
Be a strong communicator, understanding the importance of a positive customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care to every client.
Use clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver care and create action plans.
Engage with local referral sources to support caseload development.
Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education.
Partner with the Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to determine support and training needs for growth.
