We’re looking for a compassionate and clinically strong Registered Dietitian who is passionate about improving patient outcomes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and helping patients heal through evidence-based nutrition. You’ll have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while helping shape a food-first healing culture. Join a team of 3 FT Registered Dietitians and an RDN intern who see patients from all units listed, 3 FT DTRs who screen patients, provide education as needed and help the RDNs. Work in a collaborative environment where caseloads are distributed evenly to promote balance and ensure a variety of patient acuity levels. Manage your own patient caseload while receiving support from experienced colleagues and leadership. Utilize industry-leading technology, including Paragon and Physician/Clinician Hub. Contribute to a culture that values evidence-based practice, teamwork, mentorship, and professional growth. You'll provide nutrition care for 85 medical/surgical beds and 60 acute psychiatric beds, ER Care unit, partial hospitalization program and outpatient unit. You will be helping patients navigate a variety of medical conditions and nutrition-related challenges throughout their recovery journey.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian credential (CDR required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
  • Current BLS Certification
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care and whole-food nutrition

Responsibilities

  • Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide nutrition interventions and monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams during care conferences and discharge planning
  • Recommend and manage therapeutic, enteral, and parenteral nutrition plans
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and therapeutic diet standards
  • Support patient satisfaction through collaboration with dining services
  • Mentor dietetic interns, students, and new team members
  • Contribute ideas and best practices that enhance patient satisfaction and the overall nutrition care experience.
