Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Credentialed.
- Newly Credentialed, Experienced, retired, or semi-retired dietitians seeking meaningful part-time work.
- Professionals with flexible availability and a passion for helping others through nutrition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments, consultations, and follow-up evaluations.
- Provide individualized nutrition care plans and 1:1 resident consultations.
- Work with diverse clinical conditions including dialysis, diabetes, cardiac care, wound healing, and tube feeding.
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
- Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
- Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to deliver high-quality nutrition care.
- Make a meaningful impact by using Food as Medicine to improve residents' quality of life.
