The Part-Time Registered Dietitian will support IHFL’s innovative after-school program in Newark by delivering nutrition education workshops, developing culturally relevant materials, and guiding hands-on learning in teaching kitchens and indoor farming labs. This 10–15 hour per week role involves collaborating with educators, supporting community events, and improving health outcomes through food literacy education. Ideal candidates are certified RDs with experience in community nutrition, youth education, and a passion for advancing health equity in diverse urban communities. The role requires flexibility to work during after-school hours (11:00 PM - 5:00 PM) and occasional weekend community events.
