Monte Nido is seeking a per diem (PRN) Registered Dietitian to float across multiple Southern California locations, including residential programs serving adults and adolescents with eating disorders. The Registered Dietitian is a critical member of the leadership and clinical teams and routinely collaborates with all disciplines to support optimal client care. Nutrition programming is grounded in health, freedom from eating-disordered behaviors, and developmentally appropriate progression toward self-trust and internally directed eating. The HAES-informed approach recognizes that healthy, recovered people come in all shapes and sizes; all bodies deserve nourishment and satiety; care should focus on behaviors rather than weight; and weight-loss efforts and weight-focused approaches are contraindicated in recovery. Kitchens and food environments are open and accessible in a homelike setting. The role is per diem, with daytime hours. The stated pay rate is $35.33–$49.51 per hour, based on education, credentials, licensure, and experience.
