About The Position

Nutritious Lifestyles® is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian on an interim basis. The company provides premier nutrition and foodservice since 1986 across continuum health care and food service industries. This role will provide coverage for Behavioral Health Registered Dietitian work scope during a determined or short period of time at multiple locations throughout the year or when needed. Excellent job training is provided, but the candidate must be able to start performing from day one.

Requirements

• Completion of specialized academic training in dietetics, including a minimum of a four-year degree in food and nutrition and science form ACEND or completion of a Coordinated Program.
• Dietetic internship or Master’s program approved by ACEND.
• Must be able and willing to travel to multiple locations in the United States.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in foodservice management or clinical dietetics.
• Previous Consulting experience/traveling consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Admission and High-Risk Assessment, as well as QA Food Service Audits.
• Perform MDS, care plans, schedule case, etc. at facilities.
• Meeting with staff for recommendations or processing information.
• Survey preparations for annual state survey.
• Customer Service and relationship building.
• Update facilities notebook with tracking forms.
