About The Position
Nutritious Lifestyles is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) or an RD2B to join their team in Shreveport, LA, serving both Skilled Nursing and Behavioral health facilities. The role involves providing expert nutritional care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, conducting nutrition assessments, documenting resident data, and contributing to Quality Assurance audits. The company welcomes candidates with student visas and OPT and offers visa sponsorship. They emphasize a flexible schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays required, along with comprehensive training and mentorship.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian credential or Licensed Dietitian.
- Eligible to sit for RD Exam (RD2B).
- Eligible for temporary LDN.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert nutritional care for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including MDs, OTs, STs, Nurses, and Nutrition Services.
- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and document resident data.
- Contribute to Quality Assurance audits.
- Be an essential member of the IDT team.
