We are seeking an experienced candidate with established knowledge to join the opening team at our new Scottsdale facility, anticipated to launch in early 2027. If selected, you will train at our Banner University Cancer Center until the facility's opening date, bringing your expertise and passion for excellence to help shape the foundation of this exciting new location. As a Registered Dietitian at Banner Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered nutritional care within a dynamic interdisciplinary healthcare team. In this position, you will manage a complex caseload by conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring patient outcomes to ensure optimal results. You will provide meaningful nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families, while also contributing to the development of Nutrition Standards of Practice and educational materials. POSITION SUMMARY This position manages a complex caseload of patients by providing comprehensive nutritional assessments and nutrition-focused physical exams, developing and managing all aspects of appropriate nutrition care plans and monitoring outcomes of plans. Provides patient and family nutrition counseling and education. Develops Nutrition Standards of Practice and Education material in collaboration with peers. Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary Health Care team providing input into patient care policies, programs, quality improvement activities and provides in-service education in areas of expertise.
