Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care that embodies our commitment to holistic health and wellness, ensuring every patient receives service centered on their unique needs.
• Champion the patient experience by creating and implementing personalized care plans, acting as a vigilant advocate who communicates condition changes across the care team with accuracy and urgency.
• Serve as the central coordinator for all care disciplines, uniting the team to ensure seamless communication and a well-orchestrated approach to clinical excellence.
• Translate physician and clinical orders into precision care, executing nursing interventions that prioritize safety, efficacy, and positive patient outcomes.
• Lead comprehensive discharge planning by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring our patients and their families are fully prepared and confident for a smooth transition to recovery at home.
