About The Position
Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large (200++ beds), highly rated Skilled Nursing Home in Queens, NY, that is seeking a highly motivated Registered Dietitian (RD) for direct hire. The Dietitian will provide nutritional care for residents. This is a great opportunity to work with a highly stable organization. The staff is friendly and collaborative.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Skilled Nursing Homes or LTC facilities
- Must be a Registered Dietitian.
- Knowledgeable with State and Federal DOH rules and regulations for Skilled Nursing Homes
- Expertise in performing Nutritional Assessments.
- Expertise in creating and modifying Nutritional Care Plans
- Familiar with MDS and EMR software for Clinical Documentation
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide nutritional care for residents.
- Assessing, evaluating, and monitoring the effectiveness of dietary care plans to provide high-quality care.
- Performing Nutritional Assessments.
- Creating and modifying Nutritional Care Plans.
- Clinical Documentation using MDS and EMR software.
