About The Position

Revere Health is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable dietitian to join its Weight Loss and Nutrition Center team. The dietitian works with patients of all ages and health backgrounds to help them achieve nutrition and wellness goals. In collaboration with medical providers, the role develops personalized nutrition plans tailored to patients’ medical needs and provides ongoing education and support to patients and their families. The dietitian monitors progress and adjusts plans as needed to support long-term success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification and/or current Utah state licensure.
• Successful completion of an accredited program approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Current certification as a Certified Dietitian in the State of Utah.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple patients, nutrition plans, schedules, and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and attentive to individual patient needs and concerns.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish-speaking skills are useful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ lifestyles, nutritional habits, and health needs.
• Collaborate with patients to set realistic, personalized nutrition goals.
• Provide clear, evidence-based education about how nutrition affects health.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust nutrition plans in a timely manner, and document outcomes.
• Coordinate care and communicate with healthcare team members, including medical providers and health coaches.
• Educate patients and their families about the importance of proper nutrition for disease prevention and overall health.
• As needed, help patients establish personalized goals related to sleep, stress management, and other lifestyle behaviors that support wellness.
• As needed, assist with body composition and metabolism testing and provide personalized recommendations based on results.
