We are hiring a Registered Dietitian (RDN) or RD2Be to join our team and provide nutritional care in rehabilitation and long-term care settings.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitians (RDNs/RDs).
• Graduating dietetic interns and eligible RD2Be candidates are also welcome.
• Entry-level and experienced candidates passionate about nutrition and resident care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Complete admission, quarterly, and annual nutrition assessments.
• Monitor residents’ weights, nutritional status, wounds, tube feedings, and renal nutrition needs.
• Maintain accurate nutrition documentation and review weight and wound reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and conduct sanitation reviews.
