Requirements
- Registered Dietitians (RDN/RD/LD)
- RD2Be / RD Eligible candidates
- Graduating Dietetic Interns preparing for the RD exam
- Experienced RDs seeking growth
Responsibilities
- Providing clinical nutrition services to residents while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
- Provide medical nutrition therapy to improve patient health, recovery, and quality of life through the power of Food as Medicine.
- Manage nutrition support for tube feeding, dialysis, wound healing, weight management, and other specialized nutrition needs.
- Monitor residents' nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and facility staff.
