About The Position
Join the team at The Brothers of Mercy Wellness Campus, Western New York’s largest 5-Star skilled nursing facility and one of New York State’s top-performing nursing homes. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian to lead our Nutritional Services team and help support exceptional outcomes for residents in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and short stay care.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
- Leadership experience required
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and wellness
Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinical nutrition services across the campus
- Develop individualized nutrition care plans
- Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, admissions, and social work teams
- Promote resident wellness, satisfaction, and quality outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
- Support quality improvement and service excellence initiatives
