The Registered Dietitian plays a key role in advancing workplace wellbeing by supporting onsite health and wellness programs designed to help employees improve their overall health, build sustainable healthy habits, and connect with available health resources and benefits. This role provides individualized nutrition counseling and lifestyle coaching to employees across a broad range of health and wellness needs, including weight management, chronic condition management, preventive health, and medical nutrition therapy. The Registered Dietitian partners with employees to develop personalized, evidence-based plans that support their unique goals and health outcomes. In addition to nutrition services, this role serves as a trusted wellness resource by providing education, guidance, and support related to healthy lifestyle behaviors, stress management, physical activity, and overall wellbeing. The Registered Dietitian delivers in-person consultations, group education sessions, and health-focused programming to support employees across a variety of health topics and conditions. A solid understanding of health plan benefits and available resources is essential to helping employees navigate services and make informed, cost-effective healthcare decisions. The Registered Dietitian is also responsible for planning, facilitating, and executing onsite wellness events, campaigns, and activities that promote employee engagement and a culture of health. Success in this role requires close collaboration with site leadership, wellness champions, employee resource groups, and other key stakeholders to design and implement both enterprise-wide and site-specific wellness initiatives. As a highly visible member of the onsite wellbeing team, the Registered Dietitian serves as a welcoming and trusted presence, helping foster meaningful employee connections and engagement. Workplace wellbeing programs continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of employees and the organization. This role requires adaptability, innovation, and a passion for continuous improvement. The Registered Dietitian supports employees in navigating the healthcare system by helping them understand and maximize available benefits, access quality care, identify cost-effective treatment options, and connect with relevant clinical and wellness programs. This includes serving as a resource for questions related to benefits, care options, provider selection, and available health support services.
