Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and evolve patient care plans to meet unique needs.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate vital updates to the team in real-time.
• Interpret and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring clinical accuracy.
• Lead the discharge planning process from day one, collaborating across the care team to ensure patients have everything they need for a safe and confident transition home.
