Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Cardiac Device Clinic Technician, you will expertly manage patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs), ensuring optimal device function and patient well-being. Every day you will perform in-clinic and remote device interrogations, programming, and troubleshooting across various manufacturers. You will interpret complex data, educate patients, and precisely document all device-related activities. Please note: There will be some travel involved with this position- up to 25%. Mostly this will involve traveling to various regional medical centers (Edmonds clinic or possibly Federal Way clinic) To be successful in this role, you will possess advanced knowledge of device function, exceptional technical skills, and critical thinking. You will collaborate effectively with providers to deliver precise, patient-centered device care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two (2) years previous experience as a Cardiovascular Technician (2+ years required), specifically related to analysis of transient arrhythmia monitoring.
  • Completion of specialized training in cardiovascular disease
  • Working knowledge of cardiac arrhythmias and basic ECG interpretation
  • Demonstrated literacy in the use of personal computers and Windows applications including EMR
  • Current BLS and ACLS

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years experience as a Cardiovascular Technician
  • Certified by nationally recognized cardiology/electrophysiology organization
