About The Position

Our fee-for-service general dental practice in Park Ridge, IL is looking for a committed RDH to join our friendly, fun, and supportive team. This part-time position offers up to 22 hours per week, focusing on quality patient care with longer appointment times (60-minute prophy, 90-minute new patient) and an emphasis on educating patients about their oral health, including TMD and airway considerations. The practice is growth-minded and values continued learning.

Requirements

• Current Illinois RDH license
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• A genuine interest in helping patients understand and improve their oral health

Nice To Haves

• Local Anesthesia certification
• Eaglesoft experience
