Requirements

• Current Illinois RDH license
• Excellent patient care and communication skills

• Eaglesoft experience

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care
• Educate and build relationships with patients
• Perform 60-minute prophy appointments
• Perform 90-minute new patient appointments
