Requirements
- Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-first mindset
- Comfortable with digital charting and imaging systems

Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services, including prophylaxis, sealants, fluoride, and non-surgical periodontal care
- Perform periodontal charting and maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the connection between oral and overall health
- Build strong, lasting patient relationships through empathy, trust, and excellent communication
- Partner closely with doctors and team members to deliver smooth, patient-centered care
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
