As a Dental Hygienist, you'll be at the center of preventative care and patient education. Your responsibilities will include: Performing a full range of clinical hygiene services—scaling, root planing, polishing, and topical fluoride application—with precision and care Assessing and case typing patients in line with clinical protocols to build personalized care plans Acting as an oral health educator, guiding patients toward healthy habits and long-term prevention Building strong, trusting patient relationships through every interaction Creating a tailored experience for each patient based on their unique needs, expectations, and goals Collaborating with the front office and clinical team to keep patient flow running smoothly.
