We're adding a Registered Dental Hygienist to our Haddon Heights family on a schedule designed by our team to create real work-life balance. Your Summer-Friendly Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Rotating Friday or Saturday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM (paid at DOUBLE TIME!). Paid 1-hour lunch every shift. Work only ~31.5 hours per week. Get paid for 38 hours every week. Enjoy 3-day weekends twice a month. At a $48/hr base: ~$1,824/week paid (38 hrs) → ~$57.60/hr effective on hours worked (31.5).

Requirements

Active (or pending) New Jersey RDH license
Excellent clinical skills
Warm chairside manner

Responsibilities

Provide dental hygiene services with clinical autonomy and a patient-first philosophy.
Utilize modern technology for dental care.
Collaborate with a team of dental professionals including general dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery.
