About The Position

Join The Smile Lodge, a mission-driven dental practice serving over 70,000 families in the Capital Region, with a special focus on underserved populations. We are seeking dedicated Registered Dental Hygienists who are passionate about pediatric care and want to be part of a supportive, collaborative team. Our practice utilizes a top-of-license model, allowing hygienists to focus on providing excellent preventive care while a dedicated support team handles other tasks. The work environment is described as fast-paced but not frantic, busy but supported, professional, and fun.

Requirements

• Current RDH license in New York
• Passion for pediatric care
• Team player who thrives in collaboration
• Genuinely enjoys working with kids

Nice To Haves

• Experience with The Smile Lodge's systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care for children.
• Collaborate with assistants and doctors within a pod system.
• Focus on pediatric dentistry.
