About The Position

Whole Health Dentistry is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join their team. Requirements

Valid AZ Hygiene license
Current CPR/BLS certification
1+ years of hands-on Hygienist experience (highly preferred)
Experience with periodontal therapy
Experience with oral cancer screenings
Experience with digital radiographs
Experience with patient education
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Compassionate, patient-first approach
Interest in biological/holistic dentistry and whole-body wellness
Willingness to learn advanced protocols including ozone therapy, laser dentistry, salivary diagnostics, and preventive wellness care
Team-oriented, dependable, detail-oriented
Committed to providing exceptional patient experiences
Commitment to continuing education and professional growth

Nice To Haves

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, N2O, and Radiology
Experience using dental practice management software (Curve Hero preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and periodontal therapy.
Conduct oral cancer screenings.
Take and interpret digital radiographs.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall wellness.
Utilize advanced testing and holistic strategies to support patient wellness.
Integrate functional medicine with dentistry.
Address patient issues such as chronic bad breath, migraines, and periodontal disease.
