Requirements

  • Valid AZ Hygiene license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • 1+ years of hands-on Hygienist experience (highly preferred)
  • Experience with periodontal therapy
  • Experience with oral cancer screenings
  • Experience with digital radiographs
  • Experience with patient education
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Compassionate, patient-first approach
  • Interest in biological/holistic dentistry and whole-body wellness
  • Willingness to learn advanced protocols including ozone therapy, laser dentistry, salivary diagnostics, and preventive wellness care
  • Team-oriented, dependable, detail-oriented
  • Committed to providing exceptional patient experiences
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional growth

Nice To Haves

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, N2O, and Radiology
  • Experience using dental practice management software (Curve Hero preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and periodontal therapy.
  • Conduct oral cancer screenings.
  • Take and interpret digital radiographs.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall wellness.
  • Utilize advanced testing and holistic strategies to support patient wellness.
  • Integrate functional medicine with dentistry.
  • Address patient issues such as chronic bad breath, migraines, and periodontal disease.
