Requirements
- Active IN Dental Hygiene License
- Experience with Open Dental (or similar software)
- Knowledge of dental procedure coding
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Attention to detail
- A true team player with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-focused dental hygiene care.
- Conduct 60-minute recall and 90-minute new patient appointments to allow for proper education and treatment.
- Exercise clinical autonomy within clear periodontal guidelines.
- Focus on prevention and long-term periodontal health.
- Collaborate with doctors and leadership to support hygiene-driven care.
