About The Position

Moore Smiles is a general dental office that specializes in life-changing smile makeovers, full-mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry, clear aligners, and comprehensive cosmetic dentistry. We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about patient care, positive, upbeat, and team-oriented, excited to learn and grow professionally, interested in comprehensive dentistry and smile transformations, and committed to creating exceptional patient experiences. We invest in technology to help our team provide better care while reducing stress and administrative burden, including AI-powered radiograph analysis, AI-generated clinical notes, digital X-rays and CBCT technology, intraoral scanners, and photography.

Responsibilities

  • Provide preventive, periodontal, and therapeutic dental hygiene care
  • Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal assessments
  • Take diagnostic radiographs, including digital X-rays and CBCT scans
  • Capture digital impressions using Medit and Primescan intraoral scanners
  • Take high-quality extraoral and intraoral photographs using Canon camera systems to aid in patient education, treatment planning, and case documentation
  • Utilize photography and imaging technology to help patients see what we see
  • Perform comprehensive periodontal charting and assessments
  • Educate patients on oral health, home care, periodontal disease, and preventive treatment
  • Develop a thorough understanding of services offered at Moore Smiles, including smile makeovers, dental implants, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, sleep appliances, and aesthetic services
  • Confidently answer patient questions regarding treatment options and help guide patients toward appropriate solutions based on doctor recommendations
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
  • Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments meet infection control and sterilization standards
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience focused on education, comfort, trust, and relationship-building
  • Participate in continuing education and training to stay current on advancements in dentistry and office technology
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on changing lives through dentistry
