Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania RDH license (required)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Attention to detail and strong clinical judgment
- Comfortable with technology and digital systems
- A positive, dependable, team-first mindset
- Someone who values professionalism, consistency, and compassionate patient care
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Educate patients and help them feel comfortable and confident in their oral health
- Build strong relationships with patients through compassionate care
- Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to support comprehensive treatment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and digital charting
- Help create an efficient, smooth-flowing patient experience
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
