About The Position

Lemon Family Dental is a warm, modern, single-doctor practice dedicated to "Attentive, Conservative, and Kind" dental care. We operate a beautiful, state-of-the-art office with 2 restorative and 2 hygiene ops, focusing on patient comfort and advanced treatment. Through a clinical partnership with American Dental Companies, the team receives elite-level administrative support, allowing focus on clinical excellence and patient care. We are seeking an experienced assistant or a motivated new graduate eager to learn under fantastic mentorship.

Requirements

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration with the Washington State Department of Health.
Current healthcare provider CPR/BLS certification.
Monday–Thursday availability required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to put anxious patients at ease.
Detail-oriented and organized, with pride in maintaining an organized operatory, tracking patient charts accurately, and staying ahead of the daily schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, seamless chair-side assistance to keep patients relaxed and comfortable.
Utilize aseptic techniques to prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments, upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene protocols.
Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and documentation while adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines.
Step in to help team members as needed, keeping the 4-op practice running smoothly and efficiently.
