Dental365 is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant for Twenty First Century Dental in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. The position offers $30–$35 per hour for licensed RDAs and a $3,000 welcoming bonus for qualified candidates. Requirements
- Registered Dental Assisting license and experience required.
- Any certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.
- Resume demonstrating a consistent and stable employment history.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visits.
- Support the dentist with various procedures.
- Take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
- Take impressions and fabricate serviceable temporary restorations.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection-control requirements.
- Sanitize and prepare operatories for treatments.
- Follow OSHA and safety policies.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed.
- Perform office tasks as needed to support seamless practice operations.
