Jonathan Judd, DDS, and Richard Weigand, DDS, trusted practices supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, are looking for an upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented Full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us in Spokane, WA. This position will support and follow the provider at both general dental clinics.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in WA
• Radiology certification
• CPR certification
• Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
• Team-first mindset with great communication skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent, and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
• Highly organized and attentive to patients’ needs
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be able to explain procedures and educate patients.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
• Open Dental software experience highly preferred.
