About The Position

The Registered Dental Assistant provides chairside support for restorative, implant, and Invisalign cases and helps maintain an organized, well-run clinical back office. The role includes supply ordering, inventory management, sterilization and infection control, and accurate clinical charting. The assistant also trains and supports other assistants. The practice offers paid training and mentorship in a recently updated office, with a schedule designed to support work/life balance and no evenings or weekends.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of chairside experience.
• Maryland radiology certification.
• Be detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Demonstrate professionalism and take pride in patient care.
• Be warm with patients, positive with teammates, and calm when the practice is busy.
