Registered Dental Assistant (Temporary)- Ottosen & Nygard Endo - Wenatchee
About The Position
Ottosen & Nygard Endodontics, supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking an upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to work temporarily at its Wenatchee, Washington practice. The role is central to keeping clinical days smooth and efficient while helping create positive experiences for patients and the team. The assistant will support the dentist during clinical procedures, prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments, take digital x-rays, maintain patient records, and educate patients about post-operative care and oral health. The schedule is Monday through Friday, and the temporary assignment is for at least three months. The listed pay range is $20.60–$30.97 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and specified training courses mandated by the state for certification, licensure, or registration.
- At least 1 year of Registered Dental Assistant experience.
- Certifications, licenses, or registrations mandated by the applicable state.
- Strong organization and attentiveness to patients’ needs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures and educate patients.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and demonstrate a compassionate, caring demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Nice To Haves
- Endodontics experience.
- Ability to travel to the Moses Lake, Washington location.
